“The average salary in Poland” tells you nothing about your job. Look at rates in your category — and whether the number is gross or net.
"How much do they pay in Poland?" — a question that has no single answer. The average salary across the country will tell you nothing about your specific profession: a warehouse worker, a construction worker, and a hotel employee earn differently. You need to look at rates in your category.
The first thing to clarify in any job offer: is the stated rate gross or net? The difference is 25–30%. "25 zł per hour" gross and net are completely different money. Honest employers usually state gross and immediately explain how much you will get in hand.
A single "average" rate is easily distorted by isolated, very high offers and says nothing about reality. Therefore, look at typical rate range — the ranges where most job offers in your category fit, — and at the specific pay in each job card.
