FloJob is a recruitment & migration platform that connects verified employers with verified workers across the European Union. We source and verify job vacancies, manage candidates end-to-end, and publish those vacancies as videos and images to our own social media channels — including our own TikTok account — to reach more candidates for partner employers.
One transparent flow — for the employer and for the candidate. No hidden fees for workers.
Partner employers submit openings. We confirm the role, pay, housing and legal terms before anything is published.
We turn each vacancy into video and image posts and publish them to our own social channels — including our own TikTok account — to reach relevant candidates.
Candidates apply, we screen and manage them through our CRM, and coordinate the full hiring and relocation flow to the offer.
You give us the vacancy; we verify it, produce the content, publish it across our owned channels, and deliver screened candidates. You stay in control and pay no candidate fees on their behalf.
Every vacancy you see is verified — real pay, real housing, real legal terms. Applying through FloJob is always free for candidates.
FloJob produces video and image posts of verified vacancies and publishes them to FloJob-owned social media accounts to maximise candidate reach. TikTok is one of those channels.
On TikTok we use the official TikTok Content Posting API to publish FloJob's own job-vacancy videos and images to our own TikTok account, @praca48571372300. We publish only to FloJob-owned accounts, with the explicit consent of the partner employer whose vacancy is featured. We never request access to, post to, or read content from the personal TikTok accounts of individual users.
FloJob (flojob.eu) is a recruitment and migration platform operating across the EU. Our team runs the platform from an internal admin dashboard and publishes verified employer vacancies to FloJob's own social channels.
All social publishing is to FloJob-owned accounts, with employer consent. We do not access individual users' accounts. See our Privacy Policy.
How we operate and what we publish is described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
